Supporting an EDC-wide initiative, COPE has developed a plan to promote and celebrate the diversity of COPE staff and to hire education professionals who have experience working or living in the communities that we serve.

We believe that success in accomplishing our mission is dependent on our ability to value and actively support a broadly diverse community. We believe that we do our best work when individuals with different backgrounds and perspectives are fully engaged in our programs and organizational decision-making.
