Ruttilia Ruiz

Ruttilia Ruiz is the Senior Administrative Assistant for COPE.

Before coming to work at EDC, she worked for over 20 years for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts at the Department of Transitional Assistance where she held several different positions. She worked as a case manager, child support enforcement worker, and an assistant supervisor in the training unit. For nine years Ruttilia worked as a supervisor for different public assistance programs. She is bilingual, speaking Spanish and English, and is a notary public for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
