The Gender, Diversities, and Technology Institute at EDC leverages the power of diversity to improve education and work systems through innovative technology design and use.

In our work, we:

  • develop innovative and inclusive technology projects that demonstrate the power of diversity- gender, race, ethnicity, economic status, disability, culture, language, and sexual orientation.
  • focus on technology innovation to ensure empowerment, democracy, and social justice in a global society.
  • work with partners around the world to address critical social problems.
  • link individuals and organizations to increase participation and ownership of the 'new knowledge society.'
