NCSM Academy: Developing Leadership Skills

This Academy is based on the successful NCSM Leadership Academy Level 1 that has been offered for the past five summers and provides the foundation for the development of leadership skills in the diverse arenas that mathematics education leaders face. Designed to help participants understand the challenges they face in their work and develop strategies for success, the Academy program balances skills development and application.
