Beside the Point: Operating with Decimals, Percents, and Integers
Students build on their understanding of fractions as they study other rational
numbers. Through investigations in this unit students explore the relationship
between fractions, decimals and percents. The unit ends with students exploring
different models for adding and subtracting integers.
