To read:
For Chat Discussions,  select the discussion from the menu above.  At the message list, choose the message you wish to read.

For the Workshop Discussion, select the view from the menu above.  At the message list, choose the message you wish to read.

To post:
To post, select the discussion from the Chat menu above or the view from the Workshop Discussion menu, and at the message list, select the "Create a Message" button.  Or, you may read a message, and then respond to the message by selecting the "Create a Message" button at the top of the message.  After posting your message you will receive notification that your message has been posted with a link back to the message list.

NOTE:  Be sure to name your message by filling in a specific title in the "Subject" field.
