February 3 - February 9: Identifying Features of Tools

During this week we will compare the evolving frameworks being fleshed out by each group. This means that everyone needs to review the other group's frameworks and then discuss apparent similarities and differences. This next level, deeper discussion will help us all to better understand the student, environments, and tasks. It will also prepare us to consider the following key question, which is at the heart of the SETT Framework:

What no tech, low tech, and high tech options should be considered when developing a system of assistive technology tools for a student with these needs and abilities doing these tasks in these environments?

To focus this discussion, Joy will pose some questions for us to consider about the features of tools.
