PainLink's relationships with healthcare institutions and pain management experts gives us the opportunity to play the role of an "information hub," disseminating important new data and ideas in health care. The purpose of the "guidelines" page is to provide participating institutions with specific resources for developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve pain management. This page contains links to guidelines, standards, position statements, and other resources developed by institutions, professional societies, and other organizations. Some are on EDC's website and some are on the site of the party who developed them.

The first group contains documents housed at EDC. These can be viewed on the Web or downloaded as Acrobat PDF documents, which can be read using the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. To download the Reader, go to the Adobe website.
