FYI - As I've been going through the new federal regs, I noticed that the
new Title V (old Title VI) has a provision that "within 120 days of
enactment, the Secretary issue specific award criteria and other
guidelines for LEAs planning to use program funds to provide same gender
schools and classrooms."I didn't think they could do that.Nancy Scott
