Kathleen,

I am starting a women and leadership program at Marymount College,
Tarrytwon, NY this fall. One of the resources I used was CATALYST in
New York City, an organization that does work on women in
corporations, women on boards, etc. If you want to contact me in a
few weeks when I'm back to work, I can send you some of the
statisitcs.
