I haven't done evaluations, specifically, via the Internet. However, I have a
listserv through eGroups (www.egroups.com). It has a poll feature which, I
believe, can be used to ask people to respond to any type of question. eGroups
is totally free and pretty easy to use. If you want to talk about this, feel
