The "Old Boys Clubs" came into being in the dawn of history and are still
there as powerful as ever. Women have barely begun to develop the art and
the science of establishing and maintaining the exclusiveness that has
defeated women from eliminating the "glass ceiling", the 70 cents for the
man's dollar, the lesser salary for women college graduates than men high
school graduates, etc. My answer to the question is that it is premature
in the extreme.
