    Greetings-
I have been a silent lurker for several years on this list. I am a
secondary math teacher who has worked for the last three yesars trying
to change the way teachers approach listening to students in high school
math classes. I am currently consulting with a new charter school that
will open in Chicago in august- Young Womens' Leadership Charter School.
It will eventually have 6th thru 12th grade, but this year will start
with 125 6th and 125 9th graders. I am interested in any suggestions
anyone might have as to ways to advertise for math and science teachers
who are consciously intersted in teaching in an all girls school that
will focus on math, science and technology.

please contact me directly if you have any suggestions about possible
lists or contacts that could put me in contact with interested teachers.

    Thanks
    Margaret Small
