    Below is a conference announcement for the International Coalition
    Against Sexual harassment Conference to be held in Washington, DC in
    August. Of interest to many of you may be the second day which will
    focus on Title IX issues for schools and colleges. The conference is not
    expensive $50 for both days. Workshops and papers are featured.
    Below is the 1)conference program, 2)registration information and
