Thank you for this survey. For the sake of time, I'm compressing answers
for all three terms to:
equal access (information, education, mobility, etc)
equal opportunity (promotions, power, for voices to be heard without
penalty)
social justice for all to be treated with respect, dignity, within the
law, without regard to any "isms" (race, age, disability, SES, religion,
gender, sexuality, lifestyle, body size, etc.)
Thanks,
Margi

Development Center, Inc. (http://www.edc.org/GDI/GSDL) would like to
enlist your help in developing this educational resource. The primary
objective
of the GSDL is to create a high-quality, interactive and user-friendly
library of K-12, higher education, women's studies, and teacher preparation

disciplines.

We are interested in identifying what the following phrases about "equity"
mean to you? Please keep your responses to each of the phrases no more
than five words.

1. Gender equity

2. Equity for people with disabilities

3. Equity for people of all ethnicities

Thank you for your contribution and we look forward to receiving your
feedback.
