[EDEQUITY Disability] Marginalization of girls and women

In government schools I think it is hard to support the marginalization of
girls; compared to boys they are more likely to graduate, more likely to be
valedictorians, have higher grades, take more math or science, are more
likely to go to college, are less likely to be suspended or expelled, read
at a level about 1.5 grades higher than boys etc.
