It is trivializing the problem to forever hark to female violence, which
is minuscule. Read the crime reports. If 90 percent of violence is done
by males, and that is being kind, what earthly point, on a public policy
list, is there to forever hover lovingly over the female portion?
What good is it in adult terms to equate being shot dead with being
branded by emotional "hurt"?

Women are endlessly socialized to be nice, to be fair: they thus are
thrown into a tailspin by the suggestion that they are not being fair to
men. What we need to say is that of course girls have potential to be
violent; and it is soundly socialized out of them as an option. The
alternative to Littleton, Jonesboro, Paducah etc. is apparently to be
raised as a girl.
