Floodgates

Either a floodgate or a overexaggeration by the schools. There are going to
have to be several more rulings in this area to modify what a school must do or
must not do. Personally, if the DOE and EEOC support this ruling, and want to
get more schools to comply with it, I suggest limited immunity from civil
lawsuits for teachers who, in good faith, stop harassment through suspensions,
even if the harassment wouldn't rise to the level of being harassment.
