the pile. On a more prosaic note: "The apple seldom falls
far from the tree." If you looked in other classrooms, the
school halls, the entire playground program, the staff
balance you will probably find enough gender discrimination
that contacting the Office for Civil Rights or your State
Department of Education is not just appropriate but
mandatory in the rules for, "if you don't fight for your
daughter, who will?"
