Learn how to recruit young women to high-skill high-wage careers!

Learn "How To" Train Teachers, Counselors & Administrators on:
    * Recruiting women for specific classes in which they are
underrepresented (i.e. auto technology & engineering)
    * Retaining women in the male-dominated classroom
    * Preparing employers to welcome women in internships

tips for overcoming resistance and getting on the School-To-Work (STW)
    and teacher training agenda.

Cost is $250 per participant for the full day workshop. Fee includes
Futures Video and Facilitator's Guide, a STW Trainer's Workshop Guide, STW
Bibliography, and Participants Workbooks ($175 value). To register, return
completed form and check or purchase order.

"This class and the supporting materials really brought home for me the
importance of this issue and gave very real, practical, easy-to-use options
and solutions to the hurdles one encounters in educating and inspiring
young women to pursue meaningful careers. We've incorporated the training
in our School-to-Career staff development classes and feel it is an
essential piece of the entire effort."
    -Debra Schluter
    School-to-Career Coordinator
    Aurora Public Schools, Aurora, Colorado

"The Futures video should be seen by ALL high school teachers."
    -Don Viles
    Auto Technology Teacher
    Osburn High School, Manassas, Virginia

"The IWITTS materials are powerful tools for teachers and counselors
working to attract girls to technology and science careers."
    -Naomi Obie
    Program Administrator
    Alaska Department of Education
