"Science is Women's Work" in Outer Space

Astronaut Ellen Ochoa stashed a "Science is Women's Work" button in her bag
for the STS-96 space shuttle flight -- the perfect accessory for her trip
    through outer space!

Dr. Ochoa and that nifty button made it back safely. You can have one just
like hers with no risk at all. The 2" metal button is one of many
excellent women-do-science items that are available through the free
catalog of the National Women's History Project.

In fact, an entire science teaching kit for grades 5-12 is among the
materials featured. It includes a full-color poster, a book with 600
proven math/science teaching strategies, an illustrated biography booklet,
25 "Women in Science" tabloids, the "Science is Women's Work" logo on a mug
for your desk and on 50 bookmarks that also note women-do-science web
sites. All this for $39.95 plus s/h.

For a free, 40-page Women's History Catalog, write to the National Women's
History Project, 7738 Bell Road, Dept. P, Windsor, CA 95492-8518, call
