Christina Hoff Sommers is a very minor philosophy professor at Clark known
mostly (and gaining political clout in right-wing circles) through her
husband, a noted logician/philosopher and rabid conservative.
Philosophically her work is extremely weak and is not taken seriously by
any
philosophers I know (and I know 1-12 personally and hang out with them
since
my partner is one of them!) She is only popular among the right-wing
politicians, policy wonks in ultra-conversation think-tanks, and a few
academics and educators who are clueless. You and have not done your
homework
if you think Sommer's work repudiates Sadkers! Please!
