continually reported as missing by Christina Hoff Sommers, it is
available at hundreds of libraries in the US and overseas and has been
for over a decade. The study is cited on ERIC as "Promoting
Effectiveness in Classroom Instruction: Year 3 Final Report" and has
call number ED 257819.
