A colleague of mine is working with an elementary school that is embarking
on
an anti-bias program. The school wants to look at children's attitudes
toward
diversity/bias before the start of this program, and then again at the end
of
the school year.

Has anyone seen or used questionnaires or surveys to assess children's
attitudes around issues of diversity and bias?
