I would say these people have pre-conceived ideas about what is "masculine"
and what is "feminine", which I find really objectionable. And you don't
hear worries about "turning girls into boys" anywhere near as frequently. I
fear that this is labelling what we conceive (artificially) as "masculine"
as good, and what we conceive (again, artificially) as "feminine" as bad.
Just my two cents.
