Hello Everyone:

We are now officially ending this Dialogue on Education and Immigrant Girl.
Many thanks to all the five outstanding panelist who offered their time,
expertise, and perspectives to this challenging and rewarding topic. We
also
thank you, the members of EDEQUITY for your readership and comments.

Because so many important issues surfaced in this dialogue by February 16,
EdEquity will provide a short summary of the key points and strategies that
were mentioned by the panelists and audience. So stay with us for another
week.

Stay tuned for the quarterly WEEA Digest on education for immigrant girls
being published by the WEEA Equity Resource Center. It will be posted on
our Equity Online website: www.edc.org/WomensEquity under the highlights
section.

If you would like a print copy of this digest please call the WEEA Equity
Resource
Center at 1-800-225-3055 and a technical assistance specialist can take
your order.

If you want to review this EdEquity Dialogue with the Experts or past
dialogues you can visit our URL:

We would also like to take this opportunity to ask you what you thought of
the Dialogue we have had so far and whether you found it useful. We also
welcome suggestions on how we can improve future Dialogues to better serve
your needs.

Please respond to the following questions and e-mail them back to the
EDEQUITY Administrator at Edequity-Admin@mail.edc.org by February 28,2001.

Again, thanks for your participation and have an wonderful Valentine's Day.
