As it happens I am a primary teacher in Qld (I presume you are in Aus) and
am heavily involved in the whole boys in education debate. I have written a
paper on the implementation of single gender classes in the primary school
and have some sources you can research on the net as well. There is not a
lot of research in this area as much of it is focused on high school. I
would be happy to send you a copy of what I've got if you like.
