I am on a committee for our university to review and try to take
measures to improve the campus climate related to student and faculty
diversity and equity. If anyone can provide outright or provide
direction for obtaining the following, we would very much appreciate
your help:
--surveys/questionnaires used to assess student and/or faculty
dispositions toward or perceptions of campus diversity and/or equity
(general dispositions, in the abstract, toward diversity/equity or
perceptions of the actual existing climate)
--programs for improving diversity and equity on college campuses,
including those aimed at creating "safe spaces"
