Greetings to all.
Thank you for your feedback and suggestion. I also admire the wonderful
work that goes behind the scenes on continuing our efforts in making this
world more equitable for all people. I applaud your perseverance in keep
this listserv moving with your different viewpoints and your questions,
comments and resource sharing.
I would update you on some events in June.
June 4-6, I will be at a staff retreat and will not be posting messages
until Thursday June 7, in the afternoon.
June 11, I will post various questions to the listserv members on
technology access and equity issues for students who are special needs,
linguistically challenged, urban vs rural etc. Please consider and post on
these- we will incorporate your thoughts into preparation for the July
Dialogue with the Experts on technology and gender.
Our next Dialogue with the Experts on the topic of technology is scheduled
to happen on July 16-20. The topic of discussion will be the impact that
technology has on career options for girls/women as well as how girls/women
have access to technology and how technology impacts professional
development for a high tech world.
