We need to begin by making sure that all UN refugee camps set up
schooling
programs immediately, ahead of the influx.
In addition, we need to make sure that RAWA, Revolutionary Afghani Women's
Association, is a 50% partner in whatever government is proposed, and in
any
Loya Jirga assembled.
