The Oregon Dairy Council put on a workshop for health and P.E. educators in
the
spring of 2000. The workshop centered around body image and they
recommended a
book called Women Afraid to Eat by Frances M. Berg. That book was being
distributed by Healthy Weight Network out of North Dakota.
