Your conference on pre-adolescent and full fledged adolescent girls sounds
great. I strongly encourage you to include girls in your planning committee
and as keynote speakers, panelists and workshop leaders. They have a lot to
teach us. It can be particularly instructive to have an intergenerational
dialogue as part of the conference. I have done a few events involving girls
as full fledged partners and have never failed to be impressed by girls'
expertise. It's not necessarily easy to do this type of partnership, but it's
