Wanda Cahill wrote that she just doesn't see the privileges that white males
have over some females. That's because oftentimes those privileges are
invisible. Peggy Macintosh, Director of the National SEED Project has spoken
and written about the invisible backpack of privileges that are carried by
white males. White females also have their own invisible backpack, but theirs
are racially-based and not gender-based. White males privileges are both.
