The best assessment for observing gender and ethnic bias by teachers is
GESA (Gender, Ethnicity and Student Achievement) curriculum. They may be

Their stuff is superb!

Let me know if that is what you have in mind. If not, David and Myra
Sadker have devised some methods for observation.
