Bill O: I hope you are aware of the Gender/Ethnic Expectations and Sutdent
Achievement (GESA) program, out of Canyon Lake, CA by GrayMill and the work
done in the 1980's by Myra and David Sadker. Both have longterm staff
development programs that include peer observation, introductory video, and
