The New England Comprehensive Assistance Center at EDC, Inc. is happy to
announcing its World Wide Web site at:

The New England Comprehensive Assistance Center, housed at Education Development
Center, Inc. and funded by the U.S. Department of Education, provides technical
assistance in implementing school reform programs that improve teaching and
learning for all students; coordinating local, state, and federal programs in
ways that contribute to improving schools and school systems; and adopting
promising and proven practices for improving learning and teaching.
