hi, my name is eliza and i'm an undergraduate sociology major at
SUNY-binghamton, currently working on my senior honors thesis with a very
similar topic. i too don't have it completely narrowed down yet:
basically, a comparing of the effects on girls' self-esteem and
development of leadership skills of schooling in single-sex and
co-educational institutions. if anyone has any suggestions of good
contact persons, literature (particularly that which my somewhat-limited
school library wouldn't carry!), or ways to avoid biases in my fieldwork
(note: i do not have the same kind of time luxuries as monique; my thesis
has to be completed and defended before graduation in may!), i would
greatly appreciate it. thank you very much.
