I sent out a message about this subject some
months ago, and received negative responses.
Thought it might be worth another try.
I and my student group at the University of Vermont
are trying to locate a program for training pre-service
teachers (k-12). What we hope to find would look like
this: a series of videocassettes recording a professional
teacher in action, accompanied by rating sheets and tips
and suggestions from equity experts on how to rate
behaviors. This could help us learn to systematically
observe each other and ourselves. If you know of anything
