Gender Equity:

This is off the top of my head, and is a bit run on, but catches the essence
in many of its forms:

Gender equity connotes a situation where both males and females have access
to and experience opportunities which result in an equal sharing of
educational, social, economic and political activities, benefits and
responsibilities.

Good Luck!
