gender-bias in career counseling

I am preparing a presentation to middle and high school counselors about
recognizing and eliminating gender bias in career counseling. My primary
message will be how to provide career guidance to middle and high school
students which does not discriminate between which careers are "right" for
males and which careers are "right" for females - both directly and
inadvertantly.
I would appreciate any suggestions for resources I could use in preparing for
this presentation. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!!!
