Join authors Bridget de la Garza and Colleen Harmon for a discussion about their
article "Employability Skills + Adult Agency Support + Family Involvement + On-
the-Job-Support = Successful Employmnent." The authors have developed a
comprehensive transition program for students with mild disabilities, which they
describe in the article, published in the January/February '97 issue of Council
for Exceptional Children's journal, TEACHING Exceptional Children. They'll
discuss their program, research findings, and the myriad issues concerning
school-to-work transition for youth with disabilities.

By participating in the TEC Author ONLINE, you'll be able to:

*download and read the artcile
*ask questions, make comments, and participate in discussion with the authors,
and with other leaders in the field of STW transition
*share your own experiences and perspectives
*learn what other readers are thinking and doing
