I am an education student and coordinator of a student group here at
the University of Vermont called Educators for Equity. We are visiting a
couple of inner-city schools in Brooklyn (PS 164 and Pershing
Intermediate School) over Spring Break for some observing.
We would like to arrive there with a sense of the currently relevant
issues in the community and the schools. Can you please direct our
attention to newsletters, periodicals, web sites, organizations, etc.
that might give us some information to chew on?
