The Women's Bureau, U.S. Department of Labor has been contacted jointly by
the American Association for the Advancement of Science and the
International Women's Tribune Center under the name: Global Linkages for
Science Literacy for Women and Girls.
They are looking for brief descriptions on innovative programs and projects
that promote scientific literacy and/or science technology, and mathematics
education among women and girls. They would like the organization's name,
contact person, mailing address; telephone, fax, and e-mail addresses.
The brief descriptions may be very succinct while telling what the program
is and who participates; age seems important. I
