great new video on sexual harassment in schools

WGBY TV (PBS), Springfield, MA announces the distribution of a new =
instructional program on sexual harassment in schools, winner of a Gracie =
Allen Award from the American Women in Radio and Television Foundation:

Flirting or Hurting? Sexual Harassment in Schools
Module 1: What is Sexual Harassment. 21 minutes
Module 2: Stopping Sexual Harassment 21 minutes
Module 3: Teacher Guide 15 minutes

The first two modules use reenactments and dramatized interviews to =
define sexual harassment, show the different effects harassment can have =
on students and show students how to respond to offensive behavior =
whether they are a target or a bystander. The third module is designed =
for teachers. Nan Stein, Ed.D., from the Wellesley College Center for =
Research on Women leads a discussion with educators, providing background =
information on the subject of sexual harassment and suggestions on how to =
use the video effectively in the classroom.

The program was developed in cooperation with Dr. Nan Stein, Wellesley =
College Center for Research on Women, and is suitable for grades 6-10. =
The program will be close captioned.
