The Institute will present a wide variety of information about
exciting efforts that enhance and expand girls participation in academic
learning, extra-curricular learning and futures planning.
Join educators, parents, community leaders and employers as they
discover new ways to support and encourage the girls in their lives.
This powerful day of interaction includes three workshops:
Getting Girls to Say I Can -- Tools to Help Parents and
Educators Teach Mastery-Oriented Behavior, Todays Girls,
Tomorrows Workforce -- Preparing Girls Through
Colorados School-to-Career System and Bringing Together
the Power of Good Ideas -- Programs that Work for Girls,
a resource display, handouts, an opportunity to network
with fellow girls=92 advocates, your choice of one Girls
Count publication, breakfast and lunch.
