Call Beverly St. John at 218-847-4922. She is an Indigenous American and part
of the White Earth Reservation in Detroit Lakes, Minnesota. She is an excellent
source of information in this area and may very well have some ideas for you.
Her area of expertise is children and young adults with disabilities who are
also Indigenous American. Please let her know that I referred you.

One other resource is PACER (Parents Adovacy Center on Educational Rights)
Center in Minneapolis. They have several people on staff with knowledge in this
area. Their number is 612-827-2966.

Good Luck!
