edequity: a new voice

I am Meg Kroeplin, and among other things I am a graduate social work intern
at a Technical High School in western Massachusetts. My colleague and I have
just finished an eight week group for girls in male-dominated shops, like
auto mechanics and carpentry. I am trying to write up our group process, and
would like to include a literature review. I am having trouble with the
specifics of gender equity at technical high schools specifically. Any leads
would be greatly appreciated. I look forward to all your posts.
