"Sexual Harassment Guidance" provides information for
educational institutions on standards used by the
Department's Office for Civil Rights (OCR) to
investigate & resolve allegations of sexual harassment
of students by school employees, other students, or 3rd
parties.

There is also a pamphlet posted there, "Sexual Harassment: It's Not
Academic" that summarizes and simplifies the most important parts of the
guidance. It is geared towards students, their parents, teachers and
