Anyone who wants to read President Clinton's remarks and his Memorandum to
Heads of Executive Departments and Agencies about Title IX made at the
recent 25th anniversary commemoration program can find the texts at
http://www.whitehouse.gov (go to the Virtual Library and search for Title
IX or for June 17, 1997 press releases). Interesting reading; now we'll
