Sessions will include:
-How to develop key communication messages
-fundamentials of a strategic media campaign
-using the internet to distribute your message and access ---resources &
information
-Women of color building community amongst ourselves
-Public policy education around specific issues including:
---healthcare; welfare reform; affirmative action;
---violence against women; domestic partnership; immigration ---rights;
education
registration fee: $35 to cover meals
Partial scholarships to assist with travel and accomodations based on need
are available on a limited basis.
